Welcome!

The Napa River Reclamation District (NRRD) is a provider of sanitary sewerage service for residents of the Ingersol and Edgerly Island tracts on Milton Road, Napa, CA. Here on our website you’ll find a wealth of information for property owners and residents in our service area. The Board of Trustees of the NRRD meets monthly at the Edgerly Island Volunteer Fire Station to discuss current and important issues relating to the district, and the public is invited to attend these meetings to learn more and to give input (monthly minutes are posted here). For details about what the local ordinances are and how you as a property owner are affected by them, see our ordinances and reports page. We’re a committed part of the Milton Road community and we post a copy of the bi-monthly Milton Road Bulletin as well.

We look forward to serving you and protecting our water resources for years to come.
